Our team of experienced nurses and dermal clinicians will take the time to understand your concerns during a consultation. This allows us to recommend a personalised treatment plan tailored just for you.
Client No Show policy
If a client No Shows, or does not communicate that they are not able to attend the appointment within 24 hours before their appointment the deposit will be forfeited. If you do not show up this fee is not refundable or transferable.
Package treatments – if you have a package and you do not show you will forfeit 1 of the treatments in the package.
Whilst we understand that things happen, when you do not let us know it denies us being able to fill that appointment time.
